Read these terms carefully before using the fd44 platform — important information on account registration, bonuses, financial transactions and responsible gaming is provided here.

Introduction and Applicability

2.2 One Account Rule

Each person may hold only one fd44 account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, fd44 may close all associated accounts and forfeit all bonuses and winnings.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided when opening an account must be truthful, accurate and complete. Registering with false information or failing to keep information up to date risks account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. If you notice any unauthorised activity or suspicious login on your account, notify the fd44 support team immediately.

Financial Transaction Terms

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are supported for depositing funds at fd44: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (for example, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and this applies equally across all payment methods.

The details provided at the time of deposit must match the information registered on your fd44 account. Deposits made using a third-party account are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to the payment method used for the deposit or to a verified account. Successful withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.

3.3 Verification Requirements

Before processing a withdrawal, fd44 may request identity and account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer). Failure to provide the required documents in a timely manner may delay the withdrawal process.

3.4 Irregular Transactions

If fd44 suspects fraud, money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity, it reserves the right to suspend the transaction, conduct an investigation and notify the relevant authorities.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 for a total balance of ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Winnings earned from a bonus must meet the wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not deposit + bonus). For example, receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

  • A user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
  • Bonuses may only be used for playing on the fd44 platform — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
  • If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • Once the wagering requirement is met, the full balance (deposit plus winnings from the bonus) will be withdrawable.
  • fd44 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

4.4 Abuse

If bonuses are abused by using multiple accounts, a VPN or proxy, or any other strategic method, fd44 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.

Gaming Rules and Code of Conduct

5.1 Fair Play Policy

fd44 is committed to ensuring a fair and equal opportunity for all users. All games used on the platform are operated through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps game outcomes completely unbiased.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fd44 platform:

  • Use of software bots, auto-clickers or automated betting systems.
  • Exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors.
  • Playing in collusion or secret agreement with other users.
  • Money laundering or any activity related to illegal funds.
  • Using false or misleading information to gain any advantage.

5.3 Game Outcomes

If a technical error causes a game result that falls outside normal parameters, fd44 reserves the right to void that round and return the stake. fd44 is not obligated to pay out any winnings obtained under faulty conditions.

VIP Program and Rewards

fd44's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular gaming activity.

  • Bronze tier — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  • Silver tier — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  • Gold tier — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Your account must be active to receive VIP cashback benefits. fd44 will notify members in a timely manner of any changes to VIP benefit terms. VIP tier determination is entirely at fd44's discretion.

Responsible Gaming

7.1 Protecting Yourself

  • Never place bets beyond your budget.
  • Avoid the urge to wager more in the hope of recovering losses.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Account Closure by fd44

fd44 may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • Evidence of fraud, deception or dishonest activity.
  • Use of an account by a minor.
  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Extended period of account inactivity.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the fd44 support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, unless funds need to be held due to a breach of the Terms.

  • Delays or issues with third-party payment services.
  • Account security being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
  • Events outside the platform, such as natural disasters or server outages beyond our control.

In any circumstance, fd44's maximum liability will be limited to the amount deposited by the user in that month.

Dispute Resolution

Upon discontinuation of services, users' balances will be returned to their registered payment method, taking into account any bonus-related terms.
